Meeting Rooms
At the Business Box, we have meeting rooms available to hire for both tenants and external visitors, purpose designed to provide the ideal environment for you and your clients. Available from 9am until 9pm, the rooms come equipped with a host of equipment and services and are suitable for up to 40 people, and are easily accessible for visitors both from Leicester and the Midlands.

Facilities
• Available from 9am to 5pm for full day bookings
• Available from 9am to 1pm or from 1pm to 5pm for half day bookings
• Tenant bookings also available on a per hour basis
• Multimedia projector & screen (40 seated room only)
• Laptop & flip charts
• Access to photocopying, laminating, binding & printing facilities
• Tea/Coffee, Orange Juice, Water & Biscuits @ £0.50 per person
• Buffets can also be arranged (prices available on request)
Prices
Please note that users are fully responsible for all damage to equipment and facilities beyond reasonable wear and tear and will be invoices for any costs the Business Box incurs in rectifying such damage.

Booking a Meeting Room
To place your booking, please download and complete the relevant booking form below and return it to us either by fax on 0116 279 5001 or by email to info@businessbox.org.uk. (Acrobat Reader required).
Please get in touch if you would like to check availability before completing the booking application.
If you are already a tenant at the Business Box, please contact reception to book a room.
Once we have received your form, we will contact you to confirm that the room is available and that the booking has been confirmed. Please wait for confirmation of your booking before making arrangements for the meeting for both yourself and your client.
