How many people can the meeting rooms accommodate?
Business Box has three meeting room options. Meeting Box 1 can accommodate up to 14 people with table and chairs, or up to 35 people with chairs only. Meeting Box 2 can accommodate up to 6 people. The Interview Box can accommodate up to 4 people.
Can I book a meeting room if I don’t have an office at Business Box?
Yes. Meeting rooms can be booked by external businesses and visitors as well as Business Box members. Reduced meeting room rates may be available to members.
Can I hire a meeting room by the hour?
Yes. Our meeting rooms for hire in Leicester can be booked by the hour, half day or full day, subject to availability.
Do the meeting rooms have Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available to help you stay connected during meetings, presentations and training sessions.

What time are the meeting rooms available?
Meeting rooms are available to hire Monday-Friday from 9am to 9pm outside of holiday hours as standard but if you require a weekend booking please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
